These are the characteristics of a flawed candidate, and one flaw can cancel twenty strengths. You don't necessarily have to possess the opposite of each flaw, just be acceptable on that dimension. For instance, you need not be a known as "Mr/Ms Team Player" to get promoted, but if you have any history of being anti-team, then your advancement is doomed.

Because any one of these perceptions, even if mistaken, can cancel a promotion, it's your responsibility to be aware of anyone who might attach any such label to you and make amends.
